Retail assistants

To supporting the business expansion, we are looking for a passionate and friendly Retail Assistant to join our team!

A successful candidate needs to work in a fast paced retail environment and be capable to priorities tasks in providing excellent customer service at the same time maintaining the presentations and the displays of the store as well as chatting with customers and finding out their wants and needs to be able to provide them with the most suitable items.​

CURRENT POSITIONS

The duties include but not limited to the followings:

​

  • Face to face sale of products.

  • Customer follow-up.

  • Actively sourcing new customers.

  • Merchandising of stock.

  • Correct maintenance of the stock and the selling area.

  • Correct presentation of the stocks on display areas.

  • Receiving stocks and registration of stocks into inventory system.

  • Transferring stocks between stores and storage rooms.

  • Accurate recording of sales information on the computer system, transfers and other necessary bookkeeping.

  • Collecting and maintaining a customer reward program on the POS system.

  • A general cleaning duty to ensure the shop is clean and tidy.

  • Assist in preparing for online order.

To be successful you will need to meet the followings:

 

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.

  • Exceptional personal presentation and grooming.

  • Strong face-to-face communication skills to connect with customers.

  • Quick learner with a positive attitude, capable of working independently and within a close-knit team.

  • Well-presented, experienced, and professional with an excellent manner.
